Lead Times

At Lumoss Mouldings, we manufacture products to order, tailored to your specific requirements, including the exact colour and quantity you need. We do not hold stock of our promotional items.

As we manufacture per order, our standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days for most orders, depending on the product, branding, and order quantity. This lead time applies automatically to approximately 90% of the orders we receive.

For large orders, we will provide an estimated lead time based on production cycle times and the current workload in our factory.

We understand that the promotional industry can be unpredictable, and sometimes tight deadlines arise unexpectedly. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact your sales representative or our production team as soon as possible. Please note, assuming a deadline based on our standard lead time may not always be accurate.

At Lumoss, we take pride in delivering on even the most challenging deadlines. In most cases, we can meet requested deadlines, provided that the deposit and artwork approval are received within the agreed timeframe.

All urgent deadline requests must be confirmed in writing by our production team, and these deadlines will be reflected in the progress reports you receive from the factory.

If you’re working on a large promotion with a tight deadline, we recommend contacting us directly to discuss your challenges. This allows us to advise you on which products can be produced the fastest. In some cases, we have multiple moulds for a single product and can manufacture and brand between 5,000 and 10,000 units per day.
