Ordering and Production

What products do you offer?

We offer a diverse range of products, including lanyards, promotional items, stickers, and dome stickers, all customizable with our specialized printing techniques.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website, by phone, or by email. To place an order online, simply browse our products, select your desired item, and follow the checkout process. Our sales team will review your order and contact you if needed.

What is your typical lead time for production?

Our standard lead time is 7-10 business days, commencing upon receipt of deposit payment for quantities up to 2500 units. Rush orders may be available upon request, subject to additional fees. If you have an urgent deadline please call us on 011 885 1470 and speak to our production team.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may incur additional fees or affect production time.

Printing Techniques

What printing techniques do you use?

We use silkscreen printing and pad printing for our plastic products, and both silkscreen printing and dye sublimation printing for our lanyards. We also offer digital printing for certain lines and can offer both flat and domed stickers.

What is the difference between silkscreen printing and pad printing?

Silkscreen printing is ideal for bold, vibrant designs, while pad printing is better suited for intricate designs and fine details. Our team can help determine the best technique for your project.

Why is front and back artwork not aligned on dye sublimated lanyard?

Due to the nature of the dye sublimation process, it’s not possible to achieve perfect alignment of the artwork on the front and back of a lanyard. This is because the sublimation process involves heat transferring the image onto the material, and both sides are not sublimated at the same time, which can cause shifts in the image. We take every precaution to ensure that the artwork is aligned as closely as possible, and the resulting product will still look professional.

Materials

What materials do you use for your products?

We primarily use polypropylene and polystyrene for most of our products, ensuring durability and high-quality results. You can request data sheets for your order should you require this information.

Are your products BPA-free?

Yes, all of our products are BPA-free, ensuring a safe and healthy choice for our customers.

Miscellaneous

Do you offer design services?

Yes, our in-house design team can assist with design creation or modification to ensure your branding vision is realized. Please note that design services are available at an additional fee, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote upon request.

Can I request a sample?

Yes, we offer sample products for a fee, subject to availability of stock. Please contact us to inquire about sample availability and pricing.
