How to Order

Step 1: Register

If you are an existing client of Lumoss Mouldings or new to the Lumoss family, please fill in our registration form. Once the form is completed and you’ve gathered all necessary documents, send them to webdesign@lumoss.co.za. We will review your registration request, and once approved, we’ll send you login details to access our site with pricing.

Step 2: Browse

Log in using your details to view our pricing. You can then explore our website, which features over 300 product lines. You’ll be able to view the standard colours and branding options available for each product. Additionally, branding templates for each product can be downloaded from the individual product pages to help you choose the best options for your client.

Step 3: Add to Cart

Once you’ve selected your product (including the colour, quantity, and branding), add it to your cart and proceed through the checkout process.

Step 4: Deposit

We will review your online order and send you a pro-forma invoice for payment.

Step 5: Artwork Approval

After receiving your payment, we will send you the artwork for approval. Once you’re satisfied with the mock-ups, please confirm in writing that you’re happy for production to proceed.

Step 6: Manufacturing & Printing

Once the artwork is approved, we will send you an email with your order details and the proposed completion date. Depending on the quantity ordered, you can expect a lead time of 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.

Step 7: Collection

When your order is ready, we’ll notify you via email. You can then pay the remaining balance and collect your order from our offices in Wynberg, Johannesburg.
